PVAR & Associates has no office in Sitapura. Units in the industrial area, the EPIP and the gems and jewellery SEZ are served from our main Jaipur office at Tonk Phatak, led by CA Amit Kumar Jain, and from our Amba Bari office. Tonk Phatak sits on the same Tonk Road corridor, and most of our Sitapura work is GST, export documentation, refunds, audit and MSME compliance for manufacturers and exporters.
Sitapura is Jaipur's main organised industrial area, developed by RIICO along Tonk Road towards the airport. It holds garment and textile units, engineering and pharmaceutical factories, food processing plants, the Export Promotion Industrial Park and the special economic zone where much of the city's gem and jewellery export trade is now based. Businesses here are run by owners who know their product well and want a CA who can keep GST, exports and audit off their desk. These are the four kinds of client we work with most from Sitapura.
A factory's GST is more involved than a trader's. Credit on raw materials, packing, capital goods and services has to be tracked and sometimes reversed; job work sent out and received back needs its own documentation; e-invoicing and e-way bills must match despatches; and a mismatch between your supplier's filings and your credit claim can block working capital. We run the monthly reconciliation, keep the job work and capital goods records in order, file the returns and the annual reconciliation statement, and answer department queries with the ledgers to back them.
Exporters, and especially units inside the SEZ, live on paperwork. Supplies for export can be made without paying tax under a Letter of Undertaking, or with tax paid and refunded later; each route has its own filing. Credit on inputs that cannot be used against zero-rated sales is claimed back as a refund, and refund applications fail on small inconsistencies between the shipping bill, the invoice, the bank realisation and the return. We prepare and renew the LUT, file refund claims with the reconciliations attached, track export proceeds against the foreign exchange timelines, and handle the GST treatment of job work, hallmarking, consignment exports and goods sent abroad for exhibitions. Our guide on GST for jewellers and exporters goes into the detail.
Most Sitapura units carry term loans and cash-credit limits, and the bank wants audited accounts, stock statements and periodic stock audits. We perform statutory and tax audits, prepare the financial statements and the ratios banks look at, and, through CA Sharad Bansal at Amba Bari, carry out stock audits and concurrent audits where a lender has asked for an independent check. Internal audits for larger units focus on inventory, procurement and payroll, where leakage in a factory usually happens.
Almost every unit in Sitapura qualifies as a micro, small or medium enterprise, and the status brings benefits: priority-sector lending, protection on delayed payments from customers, and eligibility for state and central schemes. It also brings obligations, including the rule that payments to MSME suppliers beyond the permitted period affect the buyer's own tax deduction, which has changed how large customers settle bills. We obtain and update Udyam registration, help you document delayed-payment claims, and advise on the Rajasthan incentive schemes described in our business checklist.

Industrial clients mostly work with us by data rather than by visit. Your accountant exports sales, purchase, stock and e-way bill data each month, or gives us access to your accounting software; we reconcile and file; refund applications and LUT renewals are prepared on a calendar we agree at the start of the year. Export documents such as shipping bills and bank realisation certificates are shared as scans. Queries from the department are discussed on a call and answered in writing by us.
Audit and stock verification are done at your unit, on dates fixed in advance, by a team from Tonk Phatak or Amba Bari. We also visit before taking on a new manufacturing client so that we understand the process, the stores and the way material moves, because that is where GST and audit questions come from.
For a first conversation, call CA Amit Kumar Jain at Tonk Phatak. If your immediate need is a bank-mandated stock or concurrent audit, CA Sharad Bansal at Amba Bari is the direct contact.
